工務店の家づくりのメリット
工務店といっても、数名規模のところから、営業部・設計部・施工部を持つ会社組織までと、いくつかの形態があります。
いずれにせよ地域密着型ですので、注意点なども明確に伝えて頂けることが多く、建てた後のちょっとしたメンテンスやフォローも良く対応してくれ、がっかりすることが少ないことが工務店との家づくりのメリットと言えます。
また、ハウスメーカーとは異なり、仕様にしばられることが少ないので自由な家づくりができるのも、工務店のメリットです。
